EU plans to improve one of the lowest investment segments

Europe has begun to study the question of how to improve retail investment. To do this, the European Commission held consultations and began collecting opinions. The Commission stated that Europe is the first in the ranking of individual savings, but the level of this type of investment is still low. Authorities are preparing a new strategy for the development of retail investing to stimulate its growth. Based on the results of the survey conducted back in 2021, the Commission revealed that it is necessary to create simpler and customer-oriented methods for evaluating investments.
