The Cyprus Security and Exchange Commission has recently removed two more companies from the list of the Investors Compensation Fund.
The CySEC reassures citizens that the removal of these two firms doesn’t mean that the clients of these two businesses will not be guaranteed compensation for fraudulent activity reported before they lost their membership.
The two companies listed are ED&F MAN Capital Markets CEEMA Ltd and Hoch Capital Ltd.
This isn’t anything new for CySEC. Withdrawals of this manner have become more and more common in recent months. Last March, for example, CySEC struck three other firms from the compensation fund.
