The Swiss financial markets regulator announced the imposition of a fine of 14 million in local currency on the ClearOn organization. The regulator conducted an investigation and found out that the company did not comply with the necessary measures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Some of the company’s violations in the field of financial security are quite serious and have been going on for a long time. ClearOn has already taken some remedial measures and is continuing to work on it. The regulator believes that the company will eliminate all the problems. As a result, the company received a warning and a fine.
