Botswana has stated that it is preparing to present a project about Digital assets. This statement was put forward by the country’s parliament. If this bill is submitted and adopted, then Botswana will become the first country in Africa to begin regulating cryptocurrency.
This law will not only confirm the legality of trading cryptocurrencies, but also include points for regulating and preventing money laundering through the crypto space.
