The Australian Securities and Investments Commission showed its stats according to licensing and professional registration activities during this and the previous year. Starting from July 2020 up to June, this year was taken as a time period.
According to the latest data issued by financial authorities, they collected more new and varied AFS and credit licence applications (1,883) compared to the previous period (1,346).
The rise related mostly to the new framework for individuals or entities to hold an AFS or credit licence or other permissions.
