The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) admitted that it had faced hurdles related to the control of firms integrating top-notch business models.
It was mentioned in a speech of the financial commission Chair Joe Longo during the AFR Super and Wealth Summit.
He admitted that authorities are concerned about the situation and noticed DAOs and how the commission attempted to determine a set of rules to control this type of organization.
