How will Russia regulate cryptocurrency?

Recently, the whole world was seized by an unexpected panic. All the state bodies of the countries asked the question, “How will we regulate cryptocurrency?”. A month ago, Russia decided on the concept of regulating cryptocurrencies, but nothing definite was adopted. Many experts say that this concept will put all cryptocurrency flows (transactions) under control. The participants of the crypto market will be under the full control of the state. However, investors and holders of digital assets will be protected by the state from losses and fraud. Will the crypto world accept such control over itself, or will it find a new way to function independently?
