Not so long ago, the UK Financial Conduct Authority rolled out information that it has declined the temporary permissions for several companies. They did not provide the information requested by the financial authorities.
It is also important to say that European organizations had to follow the current FCA rules and standards to have permission for a long-term operation within the UK.
So, organizations that have had their allowance revoked can no longer function within the country. In case they don’t follow these prohibitions, their work, as well as services, will be illegal.
