ESMA published a set of helpful recommendations

It has issued recommendations for CySEC. According to the statement, these recommendations are necessary to improve the management cycle and current supervision. CySEC should establish a suitable structure for monitoring and supervision. The first tip is to increase a management team with a couple of dozen employees. ESMA also recommends CySEC to create an annual review and strategy. This plan should contain a specific strategy and further activities that should be implemented later. CySEC must notify within a few months whether it complies with the recommendations or not.
