The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission released a list of warnings where unregulated FX, CFD and crypto brokerages were mentioned.
As stated in the latest document, CySEC reported to participants that these companies could not be referred to an entity mentioned in the applicable law, which
has an allowance for the provision of investment tools, services as well as activities.
The commission offered participants to learn more about companies, their licenses, and their ability to provide services in advance before they decide to invest their money. So, they will be able to make the right decision and avoid scammers.
