France’s financial markets overseer claims that it has made the criteria to be authorized as DASP.
The main aspect of the tightened authorization criteria is that any and all DASPs need to provide citizens of France with a more easily understandable language when offering their services.
This easier language should also come into effect when providers are working with their customers directly. For example, complaint management.
Even though the ruling seems strict and unintuitive for a lot of DASPs, it is still a work in progress and will be changed and tweaked with every complication to come.
