BAYC #2162 Forbidden to be Sold or Transferred within Singapore

A man in Singapore, who claims to have held over a Bored Ape Yacht Membership NFT, has been permitted a court docket ban that forbids the trade or relocation of the mentioned non-fungible token.

The owner of the NFT, who is recognized by the court to be Janesh Rajkumar, has publicly said that the BAYC #2162 has been illegally taken from him by a user from which he bought the NFT, Chefpierre.

Rajkumar stated that he was ready to use the NFT as collateral when borrowing, leveraging the uniqueness of the token. In his words, the token holds a unique attribute that offers the owner a one-of-a-kind opportunity to create a special custom sequence.
