ASIC has banned the former director of Radar Iron Limited and Armada Capital Pty Ltd, Ananda Kathiravel, from providing financial services for three years. After he was convicted of illegal market manipulation. For which he was sentenced to 12 months in prison.
The ban prohibits Mr. Katiravel from providing any financial services, performing any functions related to running a financial services business, and controlling an organization that is engaged in a financial services business.
